Hamilton-Garrett Youth Choir is an all-girls youth choral program for ages 10-18. We are committed to preserving and celebrating Black cultural music through formal choral training and performance.
Under the artistic direction of our Executive/Artistic Director, Gerami Groover-Flores, the Hamilton-Garrett Youth Choir will host international artists throughout the year to work with, provide music instruction and perform with our choral students.

Established in the Fall of 2022, the Hamilton-Garrett Drumline is a youth percussion and horns ensemble for ages 10-18.
Our work is based on preserving and celebrating marching style drumming within Black musical traditions, from New Orleans second-line, Historically Black College and Universities, in addition to folkloric traditions throughout the African Diaspora.
TUITION
All selected students will receive a full tuition scholarship for ensemble programs.
Any accepted students in the HG Youth Choir or HG Drumline program who also want to join the Academy must pay the Academy tuition. Installment plans and financial aid applications are readily available.
